Global Connections,

     Fall '07 semester has just started! How's everybody doing? I know It's going to be another busy semester for me, but  I'm also excited about meeting new members and creating new history of Global Connections Club.

    Although it was the last January that I came to HSU and started to participate in the club, Global Connections Club had been (and has been) very active and successful for years, thanks to wonderful members and our best club advisor, Donna. The last spring lots of our members have graduated, but this yearI'm hoping that we can make this club even more active and enjoyable with new members. 

    We welcome anybody who is interested in making friends with people from other cultures, sharing your own culture, or, most importantly, having fun together! The club currently consists of wide variety of people from various majors and from all over the world, including U.S. If you want to know more about the club, check out our events on this webpage, e-mail us (global@humboldt.edu), or come to the meeting (Tuesdays 6pm-7pm at Multicultural Center (Balbanis House, right by the library).
