The Study Abroad Office is open Mon. Wed. Thurs. Fri. 9:00-3:00
Because of the severe state budget cuts to the California State University system, and the fact that most CSU employees are being required to take 24 unpaid furlough days this year the Study Abroad Office will be closed on the following days: Friday Sept. 4th and 18th, Friday Oct. 9th and 23rd, Friday Nov. 20th and 27th.
Informational Meetings will be held at the following times in NHE113:
Students who are thinking of studying abroad must attend one of these meetings. We talk about all available study abroad opportunities and answer questions. Planning for a study abroad experience takes time. It is important to know all your options as early as possible as there are a lot of decisions to be made and paperwork to be completed. Students who want to apply for scholarships must start early as the deadlines are sometimes more than a semester before the start of the program. It is a good idea to attend a meeting in your freshman year even if you do not plan to travel for a while.
