Registration Forms

You may download the registration form in MS word format or PDF format and email it to gradconf@humboldt.edu.

Presenters must also attach an abstract. We will have technology to allow for Powerpoint or pdf presentations as well as overhead projectors. If you need a slide projector or some other technology please ask by Mar. 6 so we can make arrangements if possible. If you would like to perform any demonstration or have any props you must get permission ahead of time.
