Research & Teaching Interests
Dr. Hamilton specializes in English history and literature, from the medieval period to the 20th century, with a special emphasis on medieval, Tudor and Stuart England. Her research interests are concentrated on the Tudor period, especially on women's history and 16th century rhetoricians. Her teaching interests include World History to the Enlightenment, England, and Western Europe.
