Welcome to the Health, Fitness, and Human Performance Laboratory

The Humboldt State University Health, Fitness, and Human Performance Laboratory serves HSU students, faculty, and staff as well as local community members. Cardiovascular fitness, body composition assessments, nutrition analysis, and personalized fitness programs are available. The Human Performance Laboratory is staffed by undergraduate and graduate Exercise Science students who are supervised by an ACSM Certified Exercise Test Technologist.
