[2] One American Institution course will also count for LD GE Area D
[3] One course must include a lab
[4] Complete 2 DCG courses, (one must be domestic) with courses that also meet GE
[5] Consult with your major advisor
[6] This course satisfies GE and Major requirement
[7] Only one CWT course may be used in upper division GE. NRPI 309 can count in Area B or C or D. Choose an UD GE course (but not a CWT course) to meet remaining areas.
Major Notes:
[8] This four year plan assumes you are ready for calculus. To meet the calculus prerequisite, take pre-calculus during your senior year in high school and pass the Math Placement Test Part 3, that is offered at every Humboldt Orientation Program. Another method of satisfying the prerequisite for calculus is to earn a grade of C- or higher in a college course that is equivalent to Humboldt's Math 115. You can use this website www.assist.org to find course(s) that are equivalent to HSU's Math 115
[9] Must be approved by Advisor and Department Chair - consult advisor
