Display of Political Material
I have received an expression of concern about the public posting of partisan election posters. It is a violation of law for the University to support partisan positions or to post election materials where it may not be clear whether the poster represents an official University position and where the public may be able to view the poster. Our country is engaged in important election campaigns. I hope that each of us can do our best to ensure that we are in compliance with University policy, and that these elections are as fair as possible. Thank you for your help.
