Enrollment Update
Mike Reilly provided an enrollment update for 2008/09. Freshmen applications are up 26% compared to last year at this time. Freshmen student-of-color applications for fall 2008 have surpassed 2007; Hispanics and Latinos are now 28% of HSU’s freshmen applicant pool. Due to the CSU-mandated admissions closures, HSU’s fall 2008 transfer applications may not reach the fall 2007 level.
