Budget

Carol Terry presented criteria for awarding the Unit 4 merit bonuses for FY 2005-2006. This criteria, based on receiving an overall rating of “exceeds expectations” or “outstanding” on their 2005-2006 annual evaluation, will be revisited for any future year awards. The members of the University Executive Committee expressed approval of this process.

Other budget information was discussed, including the Lottery Fund Allocation Administrative Procedure, and the 2005-06 Executive Level Ledger Report with Percent of Budget Used. It was requested that the % of the budget year be reflected at the top of the spreadsheet, for easy comparison to the % budget used.
