- President’s Office solicits nominations (September)

- Staff Council receives nominations (October)

- Staff Council reviews and forwards recommendations to President (November)

- President sends names to the appropriate Vice President/Manager and to the Human Resources Office for comment (November)

- Executive Committee members review nominations (November)

- President approves final awards and presents names at Spring Welcome (January)
