Dr. Richmond's work has been in the areas of the genetic mechanisms
of evolution and the genetic bases for the effects of psychoactive drugs
in Drosophila. An international research presenter, he has won numerous
National Institutes of Health and National Science Foundation research
grants, and has published over 80 articles in his field.
