The American Indian Education (AIE) minor targets regularly enrolled HSU students and requires completion of five 3-unit courses for a total of 15 units. AIE courses are offered throughout the year in a variety of delivery modes: once a week, evening classes on campus; 40-hour “intensives” on campus during the week prior to spring semester; and/or web-based, fully online courses. By combining campus-based and online courses, participants can complete all five courses and earn the AIE minor in three semesters. However, any course may be taken without intending to earn the minor. For more details, contact the AIE Director at (707) 826-5195.
