Application Process
Interested applicants should submit the following documents to International Student Admissions, at the address listed below:

Required Supporting Application Materials
- Application Fee of U.S. $55.00 (non-refundable)
Can be paid online when applying
- Financial Statement and Affidavit (PDF 68 KB)
- Statement from Financial Institution verifying sufficient funds
- Official Transcripts of Academic Records (Translated to English)
- Appropriate Test Scores
- Medical Insurance documentation (PDF 58 KB)
(plus, if you choose to obtain private insurance, you must also submit the Petition to Approve Alternate Insurance (PDF 46 KB))
- International Student Transfer Form (only if transferring from a U.S. school) (PDF 43 KB)
- Verification of Non-U.S. Address (PDF 44 KB)
