Forms :: Front Page Server
This form should be submitted by faculty and staff only. A front page server account can only be established for an existing sorrel account.
To request administrative changes for an existing sorrel front page account (i.e. forgotten password or password change, quota increase), send an email message to compop@humboldt.edu and include the owner's name, sorrel front page account number and the desired change(s).
