Committees :: Desktop Support Group
Mission
- Identify problems related to desktop computer support university-wide.
- Facilitate solution formulation, to present to the IT Council, in order to promote effective use of microcomputers by students, faculty, and staff within the context of the university's Appropriate Use Policy.
- Provide coordination between the IT Council and any other university staff who provide any level of support for desktop computing.
- Propose short-term and long-term plans related to desktop support topics as prioritized by the IT Council.

Researching LDAP implementation issues on desktop support.
