Accounts and Passwords
All new faculty and staff must complete the Account Activation Checklist prior to accessing email and other computer accounts.
Log into Account Center (formerly known as WebReg)
to activate, change or verify the password for your HSU User Name.

Secure Passwords - Information on how to create a secure password that you can remember.
Multiple Account Owners - Special accounts that are not assigned to a specific HSU ID, for example accounts used by campus clubs, class projects and so on, use this multiple account activation form.
Tips and Information
- If you are unable to obtain your HSU User Name after submitting the form at least twice, please call the HSU Help Desk at (707) 826-4357 for assistance.
- To log on to an account, you must enter your HSU User Name in lower case letters.
- If you forget your HSU User Name or Password, you can use Account Center (formerly known as WebReg) to lookup your account or reset your password.
