Overview
Information Technology Services is participating in the CSU-wide site license for Meeting Maker®, and has purchased licenses for faculty and staff. Questions regarding Meeting Maker can be sent via email to the Help Desk at help@humboldt.edu.
Group Scheduling - Meeting Maker is a group scheduling tool that lets you maintain your personal calendar, keep a prioritized to-do list, and arrange meetings with other Meeting Maker users on a network server.
HTML Client - You can access your Meeting Maker schedule from the Internet using a web browser. The following browsers have been successfully tested. Other browsers may also work.

To access Meeting Maker if you are away from your desk open a web browser listed above and type in the following URL http://meetingmaker.humboldt.edu or http://mm.humboldt.edu.
Request an Account
In order to request a Meeting Maker account and install the client software on your workstation, you must have an HSU email account.
Account Request Form - Staff who don't have an HSU email account and want a Personal Meeting Maker account can submit a request for both accounts at the same time.

Personal Account - A personal account allows you to maintain your calendar, prioritize a To-Do list, arrange meetings, and coordinate your schedule with anyone on the network server. Your sign-in name will be your HSU email login, and your password will be the last 5 digits of your HSU ID number.
Meeting Location Account - Meeting locations are rooms or facilities that can be reserved for meetings or events. Locations can be conference rooms, classrooms, facilities, etc.
Resource Account - Resources are items that users can reserve for meetings. Resources can be equipment such as laptop computers or overhead projectors.
Meeting Maker Installation
Install Meeting Maker - Contact your area's IT support specialist for assistance with installing the Meeting Maker client on your workstation.
Install PDA Conduits - If you have a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) and want to sync your Meeting Maker schedule to your PDA, your area ITC can install the appropriate conduits on your workstation.
Note: If you choose to download your PDA address book into the Meeting Maker contact list, be aware that any person that you give proxy to will be able to see all of your personal address book information. During the conduit installation, you have a choice of installing conduits for the date book, to-do list, and address book. Discuss these options with your ITC during installation.
