The following instructions will allow you to create filters for your email client which will
automatically move or delete incoming messages with certain characteristics.
From the Tools menu choose Rules

In the Rules dialogue box choose the +New button

You will see the Edit Rule dialogue box:

In the Rule name: box, name the rule [SPAM?]

In the If section click on the All messages drop down box and select Subject

In the blank space for Contains type in [SPAM?]

In the Then section choose the Change status drop down box and choose Move message

In the Location to move the message to click on the drop down box and select Choose folder

Select Deleted Items and click Choose

Choose OK

Your new rule has been created and you can close the dialogue box using the red circle.
