(3 units) Students gain a background in waterfowl identification, feeding ecology, mating systems, social behavior, life history theory, breeding biology, migration strategies, harvest management, hunting regulations, population dynamics, and recovery programs for threatened waterfowl. Independent field projects and field trips may be required.
