Arianna Thobaben joined Liberal Studies Elementary Education (LSEE) as the major Advisor in August 2002. She is an outdoor enthusiast who is thankful to be working, living and playing in such a beautiful place. Arianna is a Humboldt State University LSEE and Elementary Teaching Credential alumni who brings to Humboldt her first hand teaching experience in local schools. Additionally, she has obtained a Reading Specialist Certificate, Masters Degree in Education and she currently teaches in the fieldwork portion of the LSEE program.
As the LSEE Advisor, Arianna serves as the academic advisor to all undergraduate LSEE students and is the contact person for people interested in education, majoring in LSEE or transferring into LSEE program from other institutions. She also serves as the contact person for activities associated with the Teacher Recruitment Grant and is involved with campus and community outreach opportunities for students learning about the teaching profession.
