If you enroll in Math 99, help can be found at the Math Tutoring Lab in BSS 302 .
Any student who is enrolled in the following classes can enroll in Math 99:
Math 40, 41, 42, 43/103I, 44, 45, 103, 105, 106, 115, or 308B/C, Stat 106, 108, or Biom 109.
This is a drop-in lab created for you to work on your homework with a tutor. By enrolling in the lab you ensure that the lab is funded and available for you to use when needed for tutoring.
In order to receive two credit units for this lab you must visit the lab at least three (3) times anytime during the open lab hours throughout the course of the semester and have an Attendance Verification Form signed & dated by both you and the tutor.
By the end of the first or the beginning of the second week of classes, the actual Math Tutoring Lab hours will be posted on the door of BSS 302 and will be made available as a MS Word file at the link below:
You may enroll in Math 99 without a magic number only DURING THE FIRST WEEK of classes. JUST FIND the section that corresponds to your particular class and pick the first active, not-full section listed for that course and follow the procedure for adding a class on the web.
AFTER THE FIRST WEEK OF CLASSES, permission numbers will be available in the labs.
