We will not be having a meeting next Tuesday the 4th but instead will be celebrating the end of the semester with a "meeting" on Friday the 7th at 8:00 at Pete's Pizza on G street! Come hang out and eat pizza!
The Holiday Craft Fair
The Math Club will be tabling at the annual Holiday Clubs Craft Fair next Wednesday, the 5th of December from 10-2. The fair takes place in the Clubs and Activities lounge so stop in and help support the Math Club! We'll be selling fleece scarves, home-made fudge, and other delicious things!
Mathematics Colloquium Series
Join the Mathematics Department for the weekly colloquium talks, Thursdays at 4:00pm in SH 128. PreColloquium Tea will be held at 3:15 at BSS 320. All are welcome. This coming Thrusday (December 6th) is the last colloquium of the semster.

Kieval Lecture - September 27, 2007
This Thursday, September 27, there will be a special guest lecture. Professor C. Edward Sandifer from Western Connecticut State University will be giving the Fall 2007 Kieval Lecture. He will give two talks; the first "A Tale of two Gamma's" will be at 4 PM, FH 163. The second is titled "The Story of the Euler Story" and will be held at 8 PM in NR 101. Pizza will be provided between these two talks on the 3rd Floor of the BSS Building, for students to meet with the guest speaker.
State of Jefferson Mathematics Congress
The Thirty-Sevelnth Annual State of Jefferson Mathematics Congress this past October was a huge success. Since 1972 mathematicians from this region have been meeting annually to share and discuss current ideas on mathematics, applications, and curricular directions. Please join us in this fun weekend of camping and mathematics.
