WS480 Transgender Lives and Experiences - Spring 2003

This class looks at transgenderism from transgender perspectives including gender theory (the many ways transgender people view both their own and others gender), the histories of transgender people and communities from the turn of the century to the present, issues transgender people face and the action around those issues keeping in mind the theory, perspectives and history that has lead up to those issues.
