Eureka's Industrial Side
This area of the City is considered Eureka's industrial and commercial district. Schmidbauer Lumber mill and yard, Copland Lumberyard, Sierra Pacific's chip dock, Renner's gas dock, the Sneider dock (also site of Oil Spill Responce efforts), the City's corp yard, Costco, and Bein Padre to name a few.
While located across the channel in Samoa, Louisiana Pacific's pulp mill, as shown above, dominates the western skyline. It is the only such mill in North America to produce paper pulp without the use of chlorine.
