Any situation putting people or property at risk, call 911
Routine Maintenance
Routine Maintenance/Service Requests can fall into two categories, urgent and non-urgent, both provided by Plant Operations Operating Budget. Examples of urgent maintenance requiring immediate attention are:
- Burning smell
- Toilet overflowing
- Elevator problems
- Leaks of any kind
- Unusual noises coming from Heating/Ventilation System
- Broken windows
- Electrical problems
- Custodial needs
- Door need opening
- Rooms too hot or too cold
