Print out:

1. Print a Table format. Index records in alphabetical order and use print report format. Place your name on the header and date on the footer.
2. Print Mail merge for three records as follow (at the top of the letter):
   
   First name and last name
   Street Address
   City, State Zip
   Dear (last name):
