Course Reference Number (CRN)This five-digit number is used to register for a course. Each section of a course has a unique CRN. CRNs beginning with a "4" refer to fall semester courses. A CRN can be used only once. Zero (0) section numbered courses will NOT have a CRN. Students must obtain a magic number from the instructor and/or department in order to register for a "0" section course.
