ID Card

Students must have a picture taken in order to obtain a student identification card. An ID Card is needed to use the library, Student Health Center, and various campus services, as well as to pick up financial aid checks, and obtain student discounts for campus events. ID pictures are taken in the library, Monday through Friday, 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. and Monday through Thursday, 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. New students should contact the campus ID office in the library regarding specific dates and times pictures will be taken. The cost of the ID card is included in the registration fee the first term of enrollment at Humboldt State. There is a $5.00 replacement fee, payable at Student Financial Services, SBS 285, if the ID is lost or stolen. The receipt must be presented to the library prior to having a new picture taken.
