1. Goto http://housecall.trendmicro.com/
2. Click "Yes" to download & install the TrendMicro patch. This will only happen the first time you run this program.
3. The patch will install on your computer.
4. You will now be able to select the drives that you want to scan.
5. Select the drives you want to scan by checking the box next to them. Normally "c:"
6. BEFORE clicking the "Scan Now" button, make sure the "Auto clean" box is checked.
7. Click the "Scan Now" button and wait for it to finish
8. **NOTE** This scan will take a long time to finish. Average results range from 30-90 minutes.
9. Once the scan is finished, delete all files that could not be cleaned.
10. Close the window and reboot.
