A. President (James)  Well, I really don’t have a lot to report, other than it snowed…
B. Vice-President (Janine) I am working on a grant for a speaker to come to HSU & on filling vacant positions.

E. NCC (Nicole)  I made new placards, green is for voting members, manila is for non-voting members.
Representative & Committee Reports
A. RPB Dance went really good! Some idiot popped all the balloons which made me really angry. Superbowl party this Sunday with Philly Cheese Steaks & an ipod nano & digital camara to give away! We got movies for Feb. (300, JFK, The Color Purple, & Resident Evil)
B. ROBOT (absent) The Wookie Won the side poll!
C. ROCC  Did not meet! Leticia made taquitos! I want to help plan a program!
D. NAKED (absent)  Did not meet!
E. ResLife (absent)  Did not meet! LGA’s have mentees!
F. NRHH (none)  We are meeting Thursdays at 6pm w/ cupcakes and beach balls! All are welcome! OTM are due at 11:59pm on Jan. 31st
G. Creek view (proxy)  I showed up, I talked to myself, and I left. 
H. Canyon (none)  President and RHA Rep position is open!
I. Hill  Did not meet!
J. Cypress (absent)  Sex Land program in February!
K. Manor  Right now we have a secretary and president and no where to meet. LGA has class. …

M. UC Board of Directors
1. Jannah  We have a meeting on Thursday Feb. 14th . Commercial Committee mtg. is next Friday.

N. Alcohol and other drug  Have not met.
O. SHAC Have not checked the email!
P. Rec Center  Need a proxy. I cannot make the meeting times.  (10am on Wednesday Feb. 20th or Feb. 27th )
Q. Dining Committee  No meeting yet, Ron is out of town. We will meet next Friday. I am now spontaneously lactose intolerant. 

1. Lynn I made posters and now I want mentos! I had office hours. Inkers make me sad. 

a. Spend the Day with RHA  went really well!
b. Finals packs  went really well. We made $1940!
VIII. New Business
a. Vacancies in RHA  Secretary, Elections Commissioner, UC Board of Directors, & some Reps
b. Goals and Timeline  Any goals for RHA or other councils for this semester? Who is in charge of Mock Rock? Nick. Resumes for Secretary is due by Monday of next week.
c. RHA Week  is coming up in April. Reserve your room A.S.A.P.! Each council puts on a program each day of that week. Its ok to pair up!
d. Email minutes to RHA for website  email your meeting times and places so that they can go on the website also.
e. OTMs—do one!  They are due by 11:59pm on Jan. 31st . Go to www.humboldt.edu/~nrhh, fill in the info, and make sure its month specific!
f. New mascot question mark?  Moxie (?), an ugly doll that belongs to Janine. We might name her Lick (Leticia/Nick). We could talk about making t-shirts next week!
g. RHA room location (rules suspended?-Approved)  Should we move to Mad River Room? This is the room RHA was originally.  Approved
General Discussion  Do they sell mentos at the cupboard (Lynn)? What do we do with the T-shirts about sexualized violence? Hand them out for Dottie’s program? Do a program on sexualized violence ourselves? Janine had a dream that she was pregnant and nobody knew anything about it. She asked Ian if he was the daddy. 
Announcements  Write OTMs! Lynn needs to make posters for vacancies. Go to Super Bowl Program! NRHH on Thursday at 6pm.
