A. Pres – working with Raven on prop thing when ready, tell people about haunted JGC for next week
B. VP none.
C. Sec- waiting for pres to tell her how to post minutes.
D. Treasurer – learned how to post the budget.
E. Robot – VGC- fall prgm…possibly fall fashion show…meets at 8 in Madriver.
F. Creekview: buy memorial tree for student that passed during the summer, fake-goat of bronze variety chili cook-off, haunted JGC’s - in the lounge (bratwurst, sodas that mimic beers, rootbeer keg,
G. Naked: spirit wear –wristbands and buttons. Prgm Sunday at 2 in Klamath: “Let’s make shit” – small craft items for gifts. Bring back Deep Talks, refreshments by-monthly (i.e. every other week).
H. ROCC: 10 oct 2008 “Dissecting Disney” –by monthly refreshments – talk about social views of the films. First movie: Pocahontas.
I. RHA – drug and sex jeopardy moved to 9.30.08 bottom of J at 7:30

Raven suggests committees – Kassie Jager volunteers to be Chair.

A. Prop Food, then even, then game:
There’s a class going over all the props w/ experts, so instead get a large group together and migrate. (some time at the end of Oct.)…Topic TABLED for next week.
B. Movie replacement:
Harold & Kumar 2: concerns with the Social Justice.
C. Shirt Ideas:
Bring in new shirt designs next week and we’ll talk about it then.
D. (Raven’s)Debates:
Funding request for food during VP debate/ 1st Pres. debate…$50 for food from the J at the bottom of the J (thinking Sandwich bar).
Oct. 20th is deadline to register to vote, will be tabling at every debate. PASSED.
E. (Tiffany’s) Hill Compost Event:
Requesting $ for food and compostable utensils.
TABLED for next week.
F. (Mary and Kassie’s) 80’s Dance:
Has spent $30 out of pocket. Requesting $50 for more decorations from Dollar-tree for glow-sticks, candy, etc…RPB has items in storage, so check there. TABLED to next week

“Colored Museum” Theater in Jist hall, running 6 nights, free event. Must wait for $ breakdown before deciding on amount to donate to the production. TABLED for next week.
