Tab Order
The tabbing order has been set so that the links within the main content of each page will be first, followed by the links in the navigation menu on the left side of the screen.
Layout of Some Pages
Some of the longer pages in the SDRC website have a mini table of contents at the top of the page (below the page title). This mini table of contents is for mouse or other pointing-device users to jump quickly to different parts of the page. For tab-key navigation users, it will be easier if you ignore these top links in the mini table of contents as well as the links that read, "back to top". Simply arrow down to the main heading you are looking for instead of selecting these top links.
