Research Questions:
Do girls who attend EYH take more math and science classes in High School? How do girls make decisions about taking math and science classes in high school?

Battering and Abuse Researcher:

Research Focus:
Continuing theoretical development of models of battering abuse and cessation. Continues to evaluate three violence prevention grants. A consultant for both the California Board of Prison Terms and the Florida Coalition Against Domestic Violence. Dr. Bowker also has an AIDS prevention grant through the Humboldt County Health Department.
