Staff Council's Mission
The mission of Staff Council is to facilitate communication and cooperation among staff across campus. We accomplish this by appointing staff to various campus committees, providing fun lunchtime lectures as well as publishing a bi-annual newsletter.

Meeting Times
Staff Council meets on the second Tuesday of each month from 10:30 am to 12:00 noon. Unless otherwise noted, we meet in NHE, room 116. All meetings are open to any staff member who would like to attend.
Staff Council will continue to sponsor one Special Interest/Open Forum from 12-1 each semester. This is an additional time for staff (who may not be able to attend our regular meetings) to meet council members and get to know one another. A special topic may be addressed at these meetings, see below for details.

Academic Senate
The academic senate hosts an open forum (from 4:15-4:30 p.m. on days that the Academic Senate meets). This is a great opportunity to bring questions, comments, and suggestions before the Academic Senate. For more information, including meeting dates, visit the Academic Senate's Web page.
