If you have completed the IRB forms for human subjects research you should have received a letter with an approval number from the Office for Research and Graduate Studies. If you have submitted the paperwork, and have not received an approval after three weeks, you can email Carla Douglas (mailto:cpd1@humboldt.edu) to inquire about the status of your proposal.
