Spend your summer in the New Humboldt State Student Recreation Center Strength and Fitness Facility, training under the direction of Strength and Conditioning Coach Drew Petersen and Certified Strength and Conditioning staff members.
Prepare for the coming athletic year with exclusive, individualized training in the areas of plyometrics, speed development, strength development, power development, agility, Olympic lifting and flexibility.
This camp, open to all high school student-athletes, includes access to the strength and fitness facility from June 26th thru August 5th under the direction and teaching of the HSU strength and conditioning staff.
