Each student evaluation and fieldwork agreement form is completed jointly (in conference) by the student teacher, the master teacher, and the university supervisor.
Each fieldwork agreement is a formal contract which specifies the times, dates, and classroom teacher under which student teaching will occur. These contracts ensure that certain general provisions of the student teaching placement are reviewed and agreed upon by the student teacher, master teacher, school administrators, and HSU officials. The student teacher and HSU supervisor are responsible for helping negotiate these contracts. It is the HSU supervisor's responsibility to mediate any problems that may arise in regard to time of student teaching, dates, etc.
Each student teacher assessment form documents the conditions for continuation of the student teacher in the program.
