The club was founded in the mid-70s and won a league championship in 1977. They took a third place in 1979 and again in 1984. In 1988, the team finished 2nd in the league. They won the league again in 1989 and finished 5th at the National Championships in Davis. In 1991, they finished 2nd at Nationals in Colorado Springs. In 1993, they placed 9th at Nationals in Austin.
