Obtain an Application |

Obtain an Application for Admission from any California State University (CSU) campus, California Community College, or California High School. You can apply online at CSU Mentor. You will need to submit official transcripts from all prior institutions. If you do not hear anything from the university within four weeks, please call (707) 826-4101. We also recommend you begin the process of applying for your Montgomery GI Bill educational benefits. |

Application Procedure |

Veterans may apply initially for their educational benefits by completing the online application. Paper applications are available at Veterans Enrollment Services in Student Services Building Room 133. You will need to bring us a copy of your discharge papers (DD-214). Veterans can obtain certified copies of their DD214 at your county's Veterans Office, a county recorders office (if filed) or at the Military Personnel Records Center. |

Educational Assistance Allowance Charts |

Department of Veterans Affairs increased the monthly amount of education assistance effective October 1, 2006. Please plan your educational program with your current and future financial status, deliminating date and remaining entitlement in mind. If you do not wish to collect benefits for a semester or a break period, you need to let the Veterans Certification Officer know ahead of time.
