KBOX Help Desk Ticketing System

Description

KBOX is the online system HSU uses to receive, process, and manage requests for assistance with University-owned hardware and software via the Technology Help Desk website.

Please provide as much information as possible about the problem - the more information the Technology Help Desk people have, the quicker they will be able to find a solution to your problem.

  • Version numbers for all involved software (operating system, browser, applications)
  • Hardware add-ons (audio, video, accessibility devices)
  • What you were attempting to do when the problem occurred
  • Whether you have been able to reproduce the problem

Note that HSU supports only the following operating systems:

Windows

To check the status of your problem report or support request, log in to the Technology Help Desk website and log in using your HSU User Name and Password.

Using This Service

Once you're logged into KBOX, you can submit a problem report or support request, check the status of existing requests, or update an earlier problem submission with additional information, screenshots, etc.

The first screen you see is a list of any previous problem tickets submitted by you, and the current status of each ticket. You can add more details to any ticket by clicking on it to display the details, or you can create a new ticket by clicking on the New button and providing the information requested.
