myHumboldt portal

You can access all of your everyday on-campus academic, financial, social, and services information through myHumboldt, HSU's primary communications and information channel. By entering your HSU User Name and Password, you'll have instant access to important campus services, the latest events calendar, and personalized reminders of what you need to do and when.

myHumboldt also gives you direct access to the applications you'll use every day with no multiple logins:

  • Email, Calendar, & other Google Apps
  • Student Center & Student Center Help
  • Moodle
  • EZ Proxy library databases
  • Online Scholarship System
  • DARS self-service degree requirements & achievements audit

myHumboldt also includes a Personal Info pagelet where you provide us with emergency contact information (for when we need to contact a third party about something that's happened to you) and emergency notification information (for when we need to contact you about something that's happening on campus.

Here are the most important IT links you'll need:

Accessing resources - All students receive an HSU User Name and Password when they register. Your User Name and Password give you access to myHumboldt, interdisciplinary computer labs, Moodle, email, web servers, and more.

Activate your HSU account/Change password - The Account Center is where you activate your HSU User Name and Password and reset lost or expired passwords.

Email and calendars  - Check out the instructions for setting up Gmail with Outlook, Mac Mail and other email clients. You can also sync your email and calendar to your smartphone.

Hardware recommendations - HSU-suggested minimum computer configurations.

HSU and CSU policies for computer use - Campus, state, and federal rules for acceptable computer use.

Information security - Security issues that affect you and how you use technology on campus.
