12th Annual Authors Celebration - February 13, 2026

The Cal Poly Humboldt Library and the Office of the Provost are delighted to host the 12th Annual Cal Poly Humboldt Authors Celebration for scholarly and creative works recently published by Cal Poly Humboldt authors. Join us in the Authors Hall Friday, February 13, 2026, from 3pm - 4pm to celebrate alumni, emeriti, faculty, staff, student authors and readers. We will also enjoy cake, sparkling cider, and trivia. All authors are welcome to share about their works during the social hour and open mic following the event. 

Are you a 2025 Cal Poly Humboldt author?

Faculty, staff, students, and alumni, please let us know about your publications. We want to honor and celebrate your accomplishment. Please complete the Authors Recognition Form. 

The Cal Poly Humboldt Authors Hall is a growing collection of books, CDs, and DVDs of scholarship and creative work from Cal Poly Humboldt faculty, emeriti faculty, staff, student and alumni authors. The goals of the Cal Poly Humboldt Authors Hall are to celebrate Cal Poly Humboldt authors, share the value of their scholarly and creative works with the University and wider community, and to promote authorship and scholarly communications. 

We hope to see you there, and thank you for sharing your creative and scholarly works. We are honored to house them in the Cal Poly Humboldt Authors Hall in the Library.
