Commencement Times: Saturday, May 12, 2012
- 8:30 a.m. - College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences
- Noon - College of Natural Resources and Sciences
- 3:30 p.m. - College of Professional Studies
Attendance at Commencement is not required, but it is a wonderful way to celebrate the end of your educational journey and look forward to a new phase of your life. Family and friends are proud of your hard work and accomplishments.
No tickets are required to attend Commencement. The ceremony will be held in Redwood Bowl, rain or shine. Seating is available on a first-come basis.
There is no special sign-up for Commencement ceremonies. All undergraduate and graduate students who received a degree from Humboldt State during the summer '11 or fall '11 semesters, as well as those who have a graduation date on file at the Registrar's Office and expect to be awarded a degree at the end of the spring '12, summer '12 or fall '12 semesters are eligible to participate. Purchase your invitations, cap, gown and tassel from the HSU bookstore.
