ITC Working Groups

Desktop Support

Identifies problems related to desktop computer support university-wide, and coordinates between the IT Council and other university staff providing support for desktop computing. Develops strategies for the promotion of effective computer use by students, faculty, and staff within the context of the university's Appropriate Use Policy.

Network Advisory

Identifies issues concerning campus network practices and advises the ITC and TNS on improvements. Advises the Director of CITSS on the implementation of the Technology Infrastructure Initiative on campus. Responds to specific requests for information or guidance from the IT Council, CIO, or the Director of Central IT Systems and Services.
