Upgrade DARWin from version 3.5.4 to 3.5.10.1.  The upgrade will enable the implementation of the web-based Interactive Audit module (a separate project), which will enhance communication about graduation requirements.

09/06/12: The upgrade has been completed and this project is now closed.

8/06/12: The main server and client upgrade is expected to be completed by 8/10/12, with the remaining changes completed by the end of August.

6/25/12: Move from u.achieve to DARwin software has been agreed; re-installation and testing is not expected to impact the planned go-live.

5/8/12: Project approved and scheduled to start on 6/1/12.
