Health Center network users only (those connected to this switch)
Affected in what way: 
*** As of 1/3/14 9am, the upgrade has been completed, service is restored. *** The users in the Health Center that are connected to this switch will not be able to connect to the network for one hour while the switch is being upgraded.
Workaround: 
Only 1/3 of connections will be affected, users could find another computer in building that works.
What happened: 
*** As of 1/3/14 9am, the upgrade has been completed, service is restored. *** The switch is at maximum capacity. TNS is upgrading the switch to increase its capacity.
