The College of Arts, Humanities and Social Science is comprised of 22 undergraduate programs which address the human condition in all of its forms: creativity and expression; personal development; societal, environmental, and social justice issues; human flourishing, from multicultural perspectives within regional, national, and international contexts.

College of Natural Resources and Sciences
The College of Natural Resources and Sciences houses 22 undergraduate programs, as well as several minors and certificates in science, technology, mathematics, and engineering (STEM). The college is well known for its natural resources and science programs, strong traditions of hands-on learning, fieldwork and undergraduate research opportunities. We believe in "science with a soul": interdisciplinary approaches that investigate the social impact of STEM, alongside the technical skills for tomorrow.

Child Development | The Child Development Department will tour the NAEYC accredited Child Development Laboratory (CDL). The CDL is a preschool for children 2yrs 9 months to 5 years old that provides Humboldt students with direct experience working with children. Math and Data Science | The Mathematics Department will demonstrate our supercomputer, show prospective students our computer labs and research space and do a one-cut letter demonstration. We also will reserve time for faculty to chat with prospective students and families and to answer questions about our programs. Social Work | The Bachelors of Arts in Social Work (BASW) degree is advanced generalist with an emphasis on working in rural and local Indigenous communities. We will take a tour of the Gouidin Museum, if it is open, Weott Plaza, the BSS lookout, and then meet in the Social Work student lounge to discuss career path questions and program highlights.
