HFSC offers sliding fee based counseling for individuals, couples, children, and families. They also have a free walk-in counseling clinic on Mondays 1-4 p.m.

In addition, they offer an Employee Assistance Program, Drug Education Program, and a Children of Divorce workshop. See website for details.

HSU Community Counseling Clinic

Psychology Dept. clinic that provides low cost counseling for individuals, couples, families, adolescents, and children. Serves entire community as well as HSU students.

Women's Groups

Anger, Power and the Authentic Self: Group Therapy for Women. This group is intended to support women in finding and experiencing the freedom and power that comes from an increased awareness and understanding of the needs behind our feelings and how to meet those needs in ways that bring us closer to our authentic selves and facilitate more satisfying relationships. Group is 12 weeks in length; Mondays from 6:40 to 8 p.m. Fee is $25/session (sliding fee scale for those who need it).

Young Women's Group
