2. Read your AWARD GUIDE. It's all in there!
3. Log into myHumboldt and check for critical Financial Aid items in My Checklists.  Only submit requested forms.
4. The following forms require other signatures. Complete the form, print and sign it and mail, fax, or email a scanned copy.  If you have any difficulty using the forms below, please see our Alternate Forms page.

5. For all other forms, LOGIN to submit electronically. Your To Do list will be updated within 2 business days.
