How did you start your business?

I began my private practice in 2022 after working as an LCSW at a domestic violence shelter for years. I offer counseling for people of all ages: adults, adolescents, school-aged kids, and even expecting or new parents with their infants and toddlers. I help people to change patterns, break cycles, recover, and thrive. I create a safe space for you to explore what you’ve been through and how it changed you. I help parents learn how to support their kids. Together we will find the understanding and tools to free you to create the life you want to live.
